The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is the state agency responsible for operation and maintenance of commercial aviation, maritime, and certain bridge facilities in and around the Port of Boston. The engineering unit of its engineering division manages procurement and implementation of Massport design and construction contracts and monitoring of approved projects from proposal to completion, including requesting bids and proposals, and selecting designs and contractors. Series supports these activities as reference until project completion.
